I haven't been able to find any patterns for thread panties. I think the idea is to have thicker yarn to soak up any wetness from baby. Good luck in your search.

Here's a set that comes with bloomers:

You might also check Christening dresses.

Not always. Many store bought dresses come with a matching diaper cover. Even dresses for toddlers come with a matching panty or panty cover.
It just looks better.

Hi, again. I have patterns for the two designers. They are great. But i'm looking an easy thread pantie. Like a real pantie for girl. I do one of Lullabiesandlace, is a bloomer like a little short, the final product was wonderful, but it take a more time to do. Im search everiwhere, an easy pantie, and i think is not design yet. And is very usefull, because i can make a set with other shirt or dress. I hope that you can understand my english, i try very hard to comunicate to you. Gracias:manyheart

I think you communicate very well.
I also think you're right, it's not designed yet. Maybe you can find a swimsuit pattern you like and change it to work up in thread.
Oh maybe you can get Russian or Japanese books and magazines. They might have them. They have a lot more than we do.
