I love that website, I get alot of neat patterns from there.I couldn't imagine crocheting a poncho out of thread,my hands are hurting from making doilies,the small hook the problem

I guess it takes a little adjustment. I crochet in thread for hours without a problem...but I'm used to it.

It was high time there was a poncho pattern in regular #10 thread for people in hotter climates! I'm so happy it's here. I'm thinking about even making a more open one in thread...but I can't promise anything, because I have a hard time designing things.

Rachel , I have been too busy thinking up ideas in my mind for thread ponchos lol:) What I must do is to really sit down and work it out for my sisters sweltering in this heat :) I was thinking of contributing a thread poncho for the crochet calendar but don't hold your breath for I might still be deciding which stitch to use!!! You see I am a true Libran :yay2
