I just finished making this lapghan for my husband. I made it using the kittens in a row (http://www.bevscountrycottage.com/kitsinrow.html) pattern from CPC. But when I started I couldn't figure out how to do the puff stitch, so it isn't like little kittens at all. But I really do love the way it turned out. And now that I figured out my silly mistake about the puff stitch, I can make one the right way. :D Anyways here it is.

i love this pattern and when i get time to make me a afghan this will be it. i am thinking of doing it in a cream, khaki and a love burgundy colour. but with time might change my mind. helen in aust

I love your interpretation of this pattern. A unique method of stitching "invisible kittens". LOL Hey, I love the lacy look!

I love it and am sure he does too!! I love the colours of the ripple one on the sofa behind...very pretty!

It's beautiful!! I made a similar colored one 19 yrs ago for my ill father. It was a ripple.

Thank you. I didn't make the one on the sofa. My aunt got it at a garage sale several years ago. Can you believe she got it for only $5.00! :hook She gave it to me recently. It makes the old futon/sofa look much better.

The one that I did make, my husband loves. Now he doesn't have to steal the baby's blanket when he's watching TV. I made it with Caron Simply Soft, so now the baby loves it too. And the cat. There's a lot of competition over that blanket now. :c9 Don't you love it when that happens?
