Made from Aunt Lydia's size 10 crochet cotton, in the color "Ocean," using a Boye size 6 (1.80 mm) steel hook.
After working on my partner's "fun stuff" items for the Wild & Woolie Wool Swap, I realized I needed a pincushion... because I didn't own one. Heck, before the swap, I didn't even own straight pins, period! :lol I already had some of this thread, and I just ADORE the color, so I figured I could make myself one.
And on the suggestion of the Hubby, I made it "smelly." :lol I put 5 drops of lavendar essential oil in the stuffing. Makes it smell heavenly. :c9
Oh yeah... and those pics are clickable, too. :hook
