I have no idea what these are called (I remember there was a "term" for it but I don't remember the term! :think ), but you know the red/white/black toys for babies that are supposed to stimulate their eyesight and thinking, etc.? I'm looking for squares or toys or a play mat - anything along these lines that would be similar to this. Sorry if I've confused anyone.

Here's an afghan pattern:

Here's some shape you could change the colors:

Honestly I think you could take your almost any pattern for toys or afghans and just make them out of red/black/white.

:cheer Thank you Empress, that first one, Baby IQ blanket is exactly what I was looking for! :clap I had seen it awhile back. You are so smart, how do you remember all these things? :D

If anyone else has any more IQ toys or items to share, PLEASE send them my way.

I made the IQ blanket for my grandson, the OT at the hospital said black, red and white are good. He certainly seems to gravitate to those colours. It turned out well and the pattern was easy to follow. Zaraliz
