Oh that's beautiful, Rebecca! Wow! And it went for a great price, too. I may have to start shopping eBay again, even though my bank balance may cry out against it. Gorgeous! <img border=0 src="http://img28.photobucket.com/albums/v84/crochetville/clap.gif" />

I am currently using recycled silk in a shawl.
I'm alternating rows, 2 rows double stranded black mohair and recycled silk, 2 rows just silk, then 2 rows just mohair. I'm using my Q hook to give it a lacy look.
The stuff is beautiful, but a bit slippery, and is of variable thickness, ranging from the very skinny cord to a fairly thick yarn.
In short, I love the stuff.
