Walmart clearance

I just wanted to say I found 8 skeins of Lion Homespun (5 of Shaker, 3 of Sandstone) for $1.75 each! I was pretty happy (hubby on the other hand...) I had seen them in the bin about 2 weeks ago but they were at $3.50 each, not so tempting then.

The trick really is keep looking!

i don't know how to link to a previous post, so i just copied it ----here's my clearance story:
oh oh my my!!!! i said clearance was my weakness. i went to WM today to pick up some of the new galaxy yarn to make my sissy a handbag and they had their bernat cottontots, homespun, baby terri, rh cotton twist are you ready..... 50 cents!!!!!
do you believe that?!?!
okay, so she who says "i only buy for the project..." blah blah blah
bought 85 skeins of totally unecessary yarn
i have a STASH!
let's hope the kiddos don't spill the beans to daddy

Very nice looking stash - nice and neat :) My poor stash has gotten not so neat looking...may be time to re-organize!

Right now I just have a box of my stash... i still buy more..
I need something else though, maybe just a new box... the old one is about ready to be put to rest.
