I can't make up my mind on what baby blanket to make. I want to make 3 baby blankets and one toddler/kid size before winter. Can ya'll show me your favorite and quick blanket patterns you've done before. I saw quick because I don't that the patience/attention span to do one that would take a while.

Thanks!

You will probably get this suggestion from plenty of us here....but what about the starghan or the round ripple? They are pretty easy patterns and they work up fairly fast, especially baby ones! You can get the patterns here as each of them have a crochet a long here!

Try this.. http://www.touchinglittlelives.org/sharonafghan.html It looks beautiful and is really quick. It is sized for a premie, but it would be easy to make longer, just make your starting chain as long as you want the blanket to be wide, then continue in the pattern stitch. I love how it turns out.

I love the Starry Night and think it will be great for a new baby, especially a boy or girl, as I don't know what my cousins are having yet. Can you believe that 3 of my cousins are all due in October? I was shocked that they are all due in the same month. I think I will make this afghan for them all. I'm still undecided on the one for my niece though.

Thank you for all your responses.
