Need pattern for cell phone cozie

OK I have been searching and searching and I know that someone here can help me. Thank Goodness! I am trying to find a pattern for a cell phone holder for my daughter's 13th birthday. I plan on using pink camo yarn and I do have some fun fur I could use. I have to follow a pattern because I have no talent in making up my own.

Cell Phone Pouch (http://members.aol.com/crochetalong/cellpouch.html), this one looks really nice with a hook on it, great so she can hook it on her purse or belt strap.
Cell Phone Purse (http://www.crochetnmore.com/cellphonepurse.htm), this one has a long strap, which is great if she likes those types.
Cell Phone Pouch Crochetville (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23352), one on here that looks really easy.

Another idea could be a little purse, this way she can carry her cell phone and extras in it.
Dots Little Ditty Bag (http://bythehook.blogdrive.com/archive/163.html), this one is super cute and hangs on the wrist.
