:jumpyay I finally finished this poncho. The yarn is Caron Simply Soft in Country Blue and the pattern can be found at http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com

That's so pretty, Juanita! :clap I tried making that poncho using cotton thread but frogged it since it's quite heavy.... I love the color!

Looks great Im working on that one too... err well since it's for me it's on the back burner as usual but I'm half done with it lol:hook

This pattern was really pretty easy, once you get the stitch down. I don't think it would take too long to make if you worked on it exclusively. This one took me awhile to finish because I kept stopping to work on other projects that I need to give as gifts.
I really love Caron Simply Soft yarn, it is wonderful to work with and it drapes very nicely.

Your poncho is beautiful Juanita! I think with that poncho your were smart to leave the fringe off, some poncho's just don't need fringe!
