Leisure Arts published a pattern booklet for Mickey and Minnie Mouse. There's an auction for one on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/Mickey-and-Minnie-Dolls-Crochet_W0QQitemZ320107232070QQihZ011QQcategoryZ41 232QQcmdZViewItem) right now. It's also available directly on the Leisure Arts website (http://leisurearts.com/customer_care/search/item_detail.asp?item_num=3293&sort=title&page=1&rec_num=0&startRec=0&skill=KC&search=mickey).
I'm not sure there are any other licensed crochet patterns available for Mickey Mouse. He's a Disney trademarked character, and it's very expensive and difficult to obtain licensing arrangements to distribute Disney patterns legally. Most small independent designers can't afford the fees required.
There are places on the internet that list patterns without the necessary licensing arrangements. But to make sure Crochetville is not exposed to any legal liability for inciting trademark violations, our guidelines do not allow links to those sites.

Oh, this is EASY to do. Just make three circles: two the same size and one that's larger. Then experiment with positioning them until you like the look, pin together, and stitch them in place.
I did something similar with a skirt when we went to Disney last October. I've got pics up on my blog (http://catsinmycraftbasket.blogspot.com), posted sometime from Sept-Dec of 2006.
