Looking for a TMNT hat pattern

I am looking for a pattern for a teenage mutant ninja turtle hat. This is the one that has holes for the eyes and a tie in the back. There are a lot of people who can just look at something like that and make it, but I have to have a pattern to follow. Thanks for any help in pointing me in the right direction!
