Need your help please

OK...http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif...So I got to thinking...People are obsessed with buying things for their dogs, why not make some doggy necklaces?? The pic below is my first one, and I can see that I need to make changes in colors and bead types...and I don't have the clasps on it...

What I'm wondering...would you buy your dog something like this?? and if so...How much would you be willing to pay??

There is a doggy apparel store not far from here, so if I get enough "yeses", I might approach the store owner about selling some???

Is this a really stupid idea??? Please be honest!!! Ok...here is the necklace....

It is very pretty, but personally I would wear it myself before I'd put it on a dog.

Please keep in mind that I live in the country and my dogs are not frou-frou. :)

I think it is really pretty! If you have a dog then wear it on her to show how adorable it would look when aproaching the owner. :dog

Thanks Everyone!!! I'll make another one, a little bolder colorwise and take it to the shop owner!!! It can't hurt!!! I have a Great Dane, so I can't picture her wearing something like this, but on a MinPin, Poodle or Chi, I think it would work!!!!:hug

I think if you find a way to attach it that has some elastic, that'd be an idea. That way it won't choke the dog if it gets caught on something.

A store for just doggie clothing? People that would go there want something unique for their 'furry baby'. Think your necklaces would be great. Might be a good idea to make a masculine one, too. I can tell you for sure that dog things sell. Good Luck!
