Absolutely Fabulous Throw!

Some of you may remember that I had posted in mid-February that my mother had purchased Colinette's Ab-Fab Throw for me to make for her. I finished it this weekend. In actuality it only took me a week to do, which is surprising for me. The yarns are absolutely the most luxurious thing I have ever worked with. I was kind of depressed :cry when I headed back to my RH Super Saver. Here is a pictures of the afghan. I presented it to my mother yesterday and she was smitten :manyheart with it. My husband was really impressed as well, so maybe I can convince him to by one for me.

Absolutely gorgeous! I received one of these afghans for my wedding last September. I love it. It's too nice to use though! I need to find a good place to display it where it won't get faded in the sun. GREAT job!

that turned out great.. the person that asked about yarns.. i am gonna jump in and say its a kit from colinette that costs about $175

but you can kind of replicate it using your own yarns and textures for less if you were so inclined
