Nice afghans, I love them both. I love doing ripples. It's the first stitch I learned while crocheting. My Aunt taught it to me. :manyheart

They're GORGEOUS....ever since I figured out the ripple pattern I've fallen in love with ripples..classic and comfort together.

Thanks so much for the compliments. My girls do love them and they insist that their blanket is the first layer on them instead of their sheets when they are in bed. Firemanshunny it is the Susan B's easy ripple pattern - I couldn't remember what the name of it was! :hook

These are lovely, and I like how you worked the color changes in the first one, though I really like the colors on both. That's so cute that your girls want their blankies to be the first cover, must be a very gratifying feeling for mom, eh? :hook
