2nd attempt, Bootie Pattern

Does anyone know of a bootie pattern in #3 thread, I have almost finished a 0/3 month baby dress in Cool Crochet by Bernat, and would love to find a pattern for a girly bootie using the same. Maybe sandals or Mary Jane type? A free or purchase pattern is fine.

I have a pattern for a mary jane in size 10 thread on my blog. You could maybe adapt it for size 3 thread, maybe just do the first 2 or 3 rounds on the sole and then work from there.
