patterns for Baby Annabelle or Chou Chou........

I'm wondering if anyone know if there are free patterns online for these dolls or what size real baby clothes would fit them? We have both dolls and I'm just wondering if there are freebies that I've missed somewhere. thank you for any help...........................Lise

How large are the dolls? If they are almost life size you could probably find some preemie patterns and do those. Or if they are life size then find a baby pattern and that should be ok too.

The dolls are about 18 inches--they're baby dolls, with cloth bodies. I'm wondering if they'll fit in preemie size sweaters..................Lise

I have an 18 inch doll and she is more life sized and newborn clothes fit her well. If the chest is around 14-16 inches then the newborn clothes will fit.
