I checked out this book by Darsha Capaldi from my local library and I love it! It is especially good for beginners as there are very big and clear pictures showing how to do the various stitches. There are altogether 14 project ideas ... both big and small. I especially like the Beaded Trinket Box ... very cute.
I think maybe I would buy the book myself. ;)
