A few years ago I made 14 inch care bears for the kids in my family for Christmas. This year I found the same book but to make the bears in size 10 thread. so without further ado here is grumpy bear.

Hi is just as cute in thread as he is in yarn. I really love it and you did a great job. I hope you enjoyed the thread version as much as you did in thread.

He is really cute. I love them this size.

I didn't know they had a pattern for them in size 10 thread. I used the one that is done in yarn and used thread instead.

How adorable!! I too made just about all the Care Bears about a couple of year's ago--gave them to my dgc, nieces, nephews, friends children!! I can imagine how cute they are in #10 thread. Great job!!:)

I made a few of the ones in yarn. I have the pattern for the ones in thread too. But I have yet to try them. From what I can see, everything is the same except the size of the materials. My Avatar is the grumpy bear I made for my son.
