Dragon Flies

Yesterday morning while attending church with my parents I saw a little girl with a straw hat on. It had the cutest crocheted dragon flies on it. I think the would look adorable even on a poncho or as a pin. Can't wait to make on.

i would love to see the pattern you come up with. i was looking at the martha stewart child poncho pattern link someone had posted, and i found a pattern for a dragonfly on maggiescrochet.com (http://www.maggiescrochet.com/index.htm)
if you go to her page, click on the small pic of the ponchos and it is near the bottom of that page. you have to enter your e-mail addy to get patterns, but they are free. she has other nice things under her free pattern section also.
but please post a pic of yours when you are done, i would love to have different patterns for this.
