There is also a good one in the Stitch and Bitch Happy Hooker book.

I found the one that I use at Crochet Pattern Central. It is easy to follow, and if you have them near, easy to adjust to fit them perfectly. I made one for my 18 month old baby, one for my 7 yr old son, one for my husband, and one for me. Each one had to be a different size. But everyone wore theirs last winter. DH wears his for work. It fits well under a hard hat!
