:think I bought some fleece fabric and am making my daughter a quick throw for her toy-hauler and wondered what edging I should use. The fleece white with black paw prints and I am using black yarn. I know this doesn't need a edging as the fabric will not ravel but want to do one anyway.....can anyone tell me a simple edging?? TIA

There are some nice shell and scalloped ones over here. I am working on the same thing for my dd and found some really cute ones.
Good luck!

I just tried the sedge stitch (*sc, dc, dc in same stitch, skip two stitch, repeat from *). Also done as sc, hdc, dc in same stitch...
It makes a nice shallow scalloped edge.

An edge I use often is one row of hdc, followed by a row of 4dc shells (4 dc in one stitch, skip 2 stitches, then 4 dc in next stitch).

Thanks all for your suggestions. I love edges and never seem tomake the same ones twice. I just did a single all around to get a base and then did ch 4, skip 1ch, sc, skip 1 ch 4 on the first round then did another round with sc in ch and ch 4. Looked really good she loved it. Didn't want to much edge as she didn't want to get it caught on stuff in the RV.... Thanks again for your help..
