Bear Clothing

Hello, I'm looking for clothing patterns for 10 inch bears. Of course the two my dd has are girls ;). I have made a couple of preemie hats and sweaters which are the perfect size but I'm not finding much variety in preemie clothing (dresses, skirts, etc.) I've done a few searches on CPC but come back with nothing...any suggestions for search criteria would be helpful. I was supposed to be off work the two days following the US July 4th holiday so my brain might not be fully functional today!
