This is the kerchief that I created to go with the skirted tank. I posted the pattern on my blog. I just thought I would share. I am also working on the pattern for the tank. I have it written up, but it should probably be tested. I also think this pattern would make an interesting looking shawl and I think I will work on that this weekend too.

Very cool - I've been making myself kerchiefs for in the car as my A/C doesn't work. I can't wait to make this one, thanks!! :hook

I just made another Kerchief (http://crazycrafter.blogspot.com/2005/04/watermelon-kerchief-in-cluster-shell.html)and used a sportweight yarn, Lion Brand Baby soft (however I am sure you can use any type of sw.) I think it makes a better kerchief as it is lighter. I made the original one with ww, because it was the same yarn that matched the skirted tank.
So, I updated the pattern to allow for the sport weight or light yarn as there were just a few adjustments.
