I recall seeing a pretty green purse w. bamboo handles either here or on someone's blog. Now that I have yarn, handles I can't find the pattern.
Does anyone remember it?
Please help.

Was it the one with a sunflower on it?

good question, I don't recall. It was a purse, (bad at describing it), w. a roundish shape, wider across the middle.
It looked really pretty.

Wow, SugaLily....you do great work and have really been putting out those Fleuri bags. I see you've done the Asian baby sweater too. That's on my list to do next. Right after the Fleuri bag. :knit

Well, DUH....I feel like such a blonde! (Now don't get upset...I AM a natural blonde and say this about myself all the time....and that's ok too cuz I have a very high IQ and can play the part of the ditzy blonde).....I should have looked at the top of the web site and realized it was www.crochetme.com. Shouldn't have even had too look there tho because I'm at that site at least once a day. :blush

I know... I looked just briefly... I know I've seen the pattern somewhere...

I'll keep looking for it... or maybe just email Julie at jholetz@comcast.net (jholetz@comcast.net). She seems like a really nice lady, and I think she'll be willing to share ;).

I love that purse too! She is so creative! I know there is one kind of like it in the Interweave Knits Crochet magazine but I too would love the pattern for her purse.

Lady???? I've never heard someone refer to me in that way. Thanks for thinking of me as such. I still have yet to write the pattern. I did submit it to a publication and have not heard anything yet. Hope to soon, though. It was done in the same manner as the Color Splash Bag. I've just modified it, hopefully enough to be different. I think I may have to tweak more to be comfortable. I will be sure to post the pattern as soon as I hear it was not accepted. Thanks for all the great compliments, they are very encouraging and motivating to keep coming up with more ideas. Julie

That market bag is beautiful. I was wondering (may sound dumb) if there is a pattern for those coasters? you have on there?

Thanks! Typically, I make a circle with either an adjustable ring or chain 4 and join. Then I do 6 sts in the circle for sc or 8 sts in the circle for hdc. Then just increase by 6/8 sts per round. Here's an actual pattern...

If you mean the pink flower purse that was in Feb's issue of Crochet Me. Here's the link http://www.crochetme.com/Feb_Mar_2005/patt_fleuri.html. If you make one, be sure to post a pic, I love to see what others do with it. Julie
