I hate to admit it, but I have to wear reading glasses.:embar I have several pair but they are never where I need them.

I'm looking for a pattern that will allow me to wear my glasses around my neck and put them on only when I need them.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I remember seeing one in a back issue of the crochet magazine- it had beads on it - ( sorry I cant be more specific)

Im not sure if there's a pattern on line for one- but you can get the loop things ( that the glasses 'arm' go into ) at wallmart- in the craft section/jewellery - attach at one end-then do a nice beaded or otherwise crocheted length that suits you- and attach at the other end......voila!
go on........I know you can do it!!

I've tried the necklaces with the loop thingies, but they drive me nuts. The best solution for me has been a beaded necklace with a metal ring to hang my peepers on. They're sometimes sold at either Barnes & Noble or Borders. Also online at ebay or etsy. Or, you can make them by stringing beads however you fancy and adding the ring half of a toggle clasp.
