I think just the sleeves and bottom of the coat should be trimmed in white.

The prices are in pounds so it would be close to a little over double what you see and that would be the price in USD. :blush
She is not cheap but the patterns are easy to follow and nice. You get 3 pictures of each pattern in different colors of the same pattern. :yes
She also says you can sell what you make from her patterns on the website. :clap

Great coat! It's so pretty just as it is, with that beautiful stitch pattern, it doesn't need anything else!

I voted to leave as is because this coat (lovely!!!!) has a pattern to it. If the coat had been plain I would have voted for something really bright and noticeable. But in this case I agree with the old saying, "Less is more."
What is the coat for? I mean, what activity: school, special, playground, what? My mom made my sons each a heavy thick sweater that they could throw on to go out to play. Each eventually just fell apart but it was just what my Mom had wanted... something that would be really used, and used up.

:tyfor all of your kind words! I had the pattern and I had the mohair so I just used both. The pattern is actually for 0 - 3 month baby but as everyone knows larger yarn/hook creates larger item.
I don't know what it will be "used" for since I am not going to use it but wish I could! I don't think many 2T kidlets would "wear" out anything so I guess it would just be used as a regular coat. I guess sweater or jacket would be better since the pattern has holes?? :hook
