Masonic Symbols???

Does anyone know where I might find patterns with Masonic symbols? A local lodge burned down and lost alot of tapestries etc with the symbols and I would like to send them something.

The Masonic symbols are probably trademarked, which means that to distribute patterns of them, the designer would have to make licensing arrangements or get other permission from the parent Masonic organization.

Plus, any images of their symbols you would find on their website or publications would be copyrighted as well, so people can't just take those images and make patterns (derivative works) to be distributed, even if the Masons haven't officially trademarked the symbols.

So it's going to be pretty difficult to find patterns featuring the symbols that are being distributed properly. You could contact the main Masonic organization and ask if there are any licensed patterns of their symbols.

That thought had crossed my mind as well and I am not talented enough to design something either so I will contact the Grand Lodge. Thanks!!

Contact the Lodge, get permission and either scan a symbol of find one online and graph it at microrevolt.com
