Annies Attic book on Miniature Victorian shoes

I recieved a bunch of magazines at the World's Longest Sale, and I found several of those pull out cards to subscribe to something called Annie's Miniature Shoe Society. They are from Annie Potter, but Annie's Attic put out the book. I can't order it because it seems to be expired. Does anyone know how I can get my hands on a copy? :think

I've seen quite a few of the mini shoe patterns on eBay.

I have the series - there's more than 1 leaflet/book - I'm thinking maybe 12 if memory serves - they're made w/#10 thread - if it's the same thing as what you're talking about.
