Anyone seen this pattern?

Another gal sent me this picture, and am trying to find it.
The picture is from Old Time Crochet magazine, Spring of 1999, but haven't been able to find the pattern in earlier issues of the magazine.
The only information is a picture, from this lady writing into the magazine, offering to share the pattern, and with the tidbit that it was in the newspaper from around 1930's. Nothing was said if it was one of those design patterns, probably was, but that isn't known for sure.
I am going to try the Yesterdazes site, and maybe Celt's, but if someone could point me in another direction, that would be most helpful!

For the picture, you must have it 'hosted' on a site that allows linking to the image, like photobucket, or I use http://www.villagephotos.com. Places like geocities don't allow linking like that and the image wouldn't appear.
Upload your picture to the image hosting site, being sure it fits under the maximum size allowed here at the 'Ville ( http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?p=394299#post394299 )

Copy the direct url for that picture. Come back, when you're composing or editing, click on the little yellow picture button above the typing screen, a little pop up will appear, paste the address in there, click OK, and the picture will be inserted.
