Hi! :) Does anyone recognize this afghan pattern:

If it's not a published pattern, is the stitch in a stitch dictionary somewhere? Thanks in advance!

RoseRed, I asked the same question when I read your answer (:laughroll)! And I had the same response! Plus - your purse idea sounds very cool!

Hi - I have made this afghan but it was a long time ago. I'll have to locate the pattern but it goes sort of like this: One row of double crochet, then a row of single crochet, chain 5 (?), skip 4 (?) double crochets, single crochet into next stitch. Then the next row you double crochet into the chain space all the way across. That's just a rough idea of how the pattern goes - the numbers are just a guess. Maybe someone else can find the pattern before I do. It's very pretty when done and also very fast and simple to do. I'll pm you if I find the pattern.

I like the way the purse idea sounds. I may have to put that on my to-do-someday list!
But that list is getting longer and longer. I may never get all of it done!

You and me both! I wonder if we can still crochet in Heaven?
