Bathingsuit for a woman who is large on top

I have a request for a bathing suit:cheer . The thing is the person has large breast and doesn't want them to sag. Does anyone have any suggestions?:think

I would suggest you try to find a swimsuit bra that you can crochet over---for good support that is going to be necessary. I think it would be really hard to crochet something with enough support.
