Shrug Pattern using size 8 or 10 thread

I want to make a summer shrug for a friend of mine. Does anyone know of a shrug pattern that uses size 8 or 10 thread? A pattern using size 3 or 5 thread is also fine. :yarn

The pictures are no longer working but it's a fairly easy pattern and if you do a search in almost any section of the show and tell, you'll find it done in every yarn for every size including dolls.
She doesn't tell you what to use, just how to make it.
