Knight/Suit of Armor pattern

Does anyone have a pattern for a knight or know of one I could purchase? I'd like it to be sort of realistic, though a cartoonish one would work, too. I've seen a finger puppet knight that was part of a collection of fantasy type figures but I'm looking for something more complete. Our Christian school's mascot is a knight and I'd like to make one for them.

I don't know of a crochet pattern, but I do know that in Vicki Howell's New Knits on the Block book has chainmail and some other patterns like that, not sure if you would be able to adapt it to crochet or not though.
