Is there another rectangular granny pattern out there?

Giant Granny Square Afgan Along? (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=34789) has a pattern to one that many people have used. It's the same one Lov2Crochet posted. I started one once and it was easy (wasn't a major project so became a wip:blush ).
