Coffee Cup Holder

I am looking to make a coffee cup holder...to keep you fingers from getting to hot while holding (styrofoam) cup ....anyone know of any pattern??

Thank you Granny Square, this is exactly what I was looking for, I can't believe what they charge for a simple sleeve..I may make a bib for myself to absorb the splashes...lol! Thanks very much for the help!!
