My son goes to Rose Springs Elem. and they are the home of the Rattlesnakes... I'd love to make him one of those cute rattlesnake scarfs, anyone know of a(free) pattern ( knit or crochet)?

:clap :clap :clap
thanks!

This one is a green snake, but i'm sure you could just change the colors around for a rattlesnake

I made a rattlesnake scarf in my daughter's high school colors, without a pattern! But now, if you go to Lion Brand Yarn's website, you can see that they have a pattern for a knitted rattlesnake draft stopper, but it could be crocheted and used as a scarf if made longer! I made mine in a tube-wider at the head and then getting narrower as I got closer to the tail. The main color of the snake was black with royal blue and white diamonds on its back. I also added several wooden beads at the tail for the rattler.

Here's the picture!
