Ponchette pattern for CHENILLE THICK N' QUICK

Can anyone help? I bought 2 skeins of Lionbrand Chenille Thick n'Quick yarn on sale the other day, and I'd love to be able to make a ponchette out of it for the fall. Since this yarn doesn't really "stretch" - do you know of a pattern that would work for this yarn........and only take 2 skeins to make?
