I have a hard time w./ booties, so a simple pattern would be great and geared more for boys.

I just posted the pattern I used on the 2 baby sets I just finished - they are super EASY & made w/worsted yarn which is what I wanted & like about them versus baby/sport yarn - look under Baby Items Show/Tell here; Lollipop Print Baby Set & Baby Boy Sweater Set - pattern isn't there but you can see a pic of the 2nd pair I made w/different edging, if you'd like.

These are about the easiest booties I've seen a pattern for:

Basically, you make an upside down T shape, then sew up one side, and it turns into a bootie. You can see it in the wonderful pictures. Bev does some neat easy patterns! You can check out her website for baby bootie patterns by going to:

I made the Susan Kraus ones (the very first link given to you) and they ARE super easy and super quick too. They look adorable!! I did the take me home size and they're perfect for newborns :0)
