I love your poncho. Looks so lacy and pretty :manyheart
I had the hardest time with my male model lol I needed my fiances best friend to try on the poncho I was making my mom. He is the same height as my mom and I needed to measure its length several times. The next time he came over, he asked if I was going to measure it again but I told him I had already finished it so there was no need. Then I caught him trying it on real quick in front of the mirror to see how it looked finished :rofl He will never live that down :devil

thanks everyone. I am pretty proud of it :hook
Wendy thats a great story lol... Kat the pattern is chelles from her site.
The poncho isn't for me. I am on the "fluffy" side lol. And don't know what to do to make it big enough.I made it for my daughter who then told me she didn't wear ponchos. Which made my roommate very happy. She wants a coup[le more in different colors.

Very pretty, and be sure to thank your grandson for being the model. I have a hard time getting my daughters to model sometimes, so I know he must love his grandma to do that.

Wow Beautiful poncho. I am sure your room mate is really glad.:c9
I bet if it was made in camouflage your grandson would be a little happier. But he is a real trooper to do it anyway.
Oh Wendy, I am still laughing :rofl :rofl :rofl over that story. But when you think on it :think , he had to make sure it was going to fit right.
