I've worked more on my free form piece, and it's growing nicely. To see it's progress, visit Scrumble Pictures! (http://catscradlecreations.blogspot.com/2005/04/scrumble-pictures.html) on my blog.

Looking good! I have yet to give Scrumbling a try but it's definately on top my list. I think as soon as I get my scarf package out, I'm going to give it a go. It just looks like too much fun. Organized unorganization! Doesn't seem like you can get better than that. :hook

Oh my gosh, I saw the photos and it is so gorgeous! I want to learn how to do this so badly, but I have NO clue where to begin!

Montana....that's just it with scrumbling....there's no place to begin, just begin. :rofl I still have yet to begin a scrumble but I intend to soon. And again, Melissa, your scrumble is awesome. I love it.

And actually has been for a few weeks now! I'm surprised this thread is still getting any attention! :lol
Thanks for all the compliments, though. It was really fun breaking away from patterns and letting the yarn be my guide! :hook

I've recently become obsessed with freeform and yesterday I bought Jenny Dowde's book, and a couple of others. I also recently bought Prudence Mapstones book and I'm making a collection of motifs to make a tote bag out of. I love the books, because they give me inspiration. Holly
