I can actually make something for one of "my guys"! My BIL recently shaved his head, and now it gets cold sometimes. On a recent trip to Canada, he looked for a toque, but I guess it was still tourist season in the Okanagan, so only bold ones or ones with the Maple Leaf were out. (They live by LA, winter hats are not exactly common there!) (Interestingly enough, his wife, my sis, is getting a city girl cap from me (jan 4 07 PAD calendar) already and doesn't know it.)

So does anyone know of some good, basic, skullcap (beanie?) style hat patterns. I Know there's some...where are they?
Thanks!

this is a pattern I designed and that I've made who knows how many times and sold. I've received some pretty good reviews on it.
Most people really llike how it fits.

Here (http://hooked-on-crochet.blogspot.com/2007/09/racer-cap.html) is one that I designed. I've made one for hubby and for a few friends and they seem to like the look. :)
