I wrote a pattern for the Crochet blouse I posted in the "show and tell" forum

Please let me know if there are any errors or problems with the pattern and I'll try to help or correct them.

Here is a picture of the blouse:

To upsize it I would take a chest measurment and divide it in half and then increase the base chain in increments of 6 chains until it comes close (err on the larger side of that number) to the halved chest measurment. To alter the neckline, just add half the number of stitches you increased it by, to the number of stitches you need for the starting neckline rows on each side. I'd do basicly the same thing for the sleeves. This is just off the top of my head, haven't actually tested it, but I think that's accurate.

Great job!

A tip for your pattern:

Weigh your sweater to know how many ounces of yarn were used, then measure a 4-inch portion and count stitches in the pattern to let the reader know gauge. That way we'll be able to figure out how much yarn to buy.

I have some TLC amore I need to get rid of, so I might try this.

Cheers,

Amy
