Here is my wristbag, made in Lionbrand suede. This stuff does not stretch like some yarns do. I love it for a purse like this. I did not put an edge around the handles (made it a bit bulky with the suede). I may try some fun fur or I will just leave it. I want to make it in some other colors, this one I had on hand. (you know how it is...use what you have).

I've been meaning to make that bag in LB Suede and Berroco Suede (which is a bit thinner and flat as opposed to LB's round strands). I plan on making it in brown. Now I am more tempted than ever because your's turned out so nice! Great job.

Beautiful! I have a bunch of thin chenille I've used in LB suede patterns. I will do this in that! Did you change the hook size?

That is really cute. How many balls of the LB suede did you use? I have one ball lying around, wonder if it would be enough.

I've made some projects in this and really like how soft and smoothe it feels. I bet it worked up really nice into this bag. Do you plan to line it?

I did not change the hook size and It used 2 skeins with some leftover if my memory serves me right:think . I did not do the edge though as the pattern says, cause I liked it without. But I added a flower and still had alot leftover.

:cheer Very nice. I love it when people experiment and share. It gives the rest of us great ideas.
Gosh...with LB Suede and crochet we could relive the 60's/70's with those crocheted bags and floppy hats. :eek
