I am trying to find a pattern to make my daughter socks. She has small feet so I would need a pattern for about 12 months. All the patterns that I have found for this age group are little booties. I want a sock pattern. I really hope that someone can direct me to a pattern or a pattern book that can help me!! :hook

easy child's slipper sock (http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Ranch/4054/childsock.htm)

these say for a 4 y/o with WW yarn, perhaps if you use a smaller yarn& hook?

You know what??! That idea didn't even occur to me! I could do that! Take a pattern for a bigger size sock and use lighter weight yarn and a smaller needle! My brain must have shut down!! Thanks!!

I would think that the grafton fibers toes up pattern would work too if you used small yarn and hook. I'm so in love with that pattern I don't think I'll ever stray... :lol

I can't wait to see what you come up with!
