Need a good stocking cap pattern for men

I've looked all over and have not found a good pattern for a stocking hat for a man. All the ones i've found have had frillies that were a major part of the hat. Any help would be appreciated.

There are a few Santa Clause hat patterns for free online, just fine a simple one, and substitute the colors that you want.
