does anyone remember those? My mom had one for her yarn, but I haven't seen one in a long time. It looked like a big caplet, and it opened in half. You were supposed to put the skein the yarn in,and then theri was a hole at the top for the yarn to come out. I have asked others but nobody else remembers them. So amI the only one that does? lol

Not sure if this (http://www.dickblick.com/zz652/03/products.asp?param=0&ig_id=2236) is the exact same thing but i think it might be close!:sherlock

Yarn Barn (http://www.marymaxim.com/Item.asp?SCSR=8&ItemID=6394)

I didn't search Google, I knew I'd seen them there. You might find a better price elsewhere. Happy hunting! :computer

I see, I see... that's a very nifty thing - similar to somewhere else where people have mentioned clean soda bottles to do the same thing for less $$

You can also use the Quaker Oatmeal containers (the cardboard ones) and make some yourself. Just cover them with paper to make them look nicer.

Mary Maxim still carries them. I just got a new catalog in the mail today and saw one listed.
