Desperately Seeking Mary Jane

I need some help, folks. I'm looking for a crochet pattern for mary jane style booties that look something like this...

I've searched Ravelry, CPC, and Yahoo! images but can't find the pattern anywhere. I did see where there are ready made booties like these for sale...for $30! Any help or nudging in the right direction would be much appreciated!

I bought this pattern 30 years ago to make for my children. Everyone still loves these booties...haven't gone out of style. All of them are adorable and the saddle shoe booty is just as cute as the Mary Janes'. You can buy the pattern at Maggie's Crochet. The ones you are looking for are on the left side.

A couple years ago I bought a pattern book from Annie's Attic called Heirloom Thread Crochet for BABY..They have them in there..Maybe you could go on ebay and see if you can find a copy...
