I've made many single crochet ripple afghans over the years. I am now looking for a pattern for a DOUBLE crochet ripple afghan pattern. I've tried coming up with a pattern of my own, but can't make it work. I do not wish a pattern with dctogethers in it.
Can anyone help me please???

:cheerI have a simple pattern for a Ripple.
It can either look like the picture or it can have an open bit where the increase is at the peak.

It is a very simple pattern to follow and you can add your own colour scheme.
PM me if you would like the instructions.

The other thing you can do is use the SC pattern but use DCs. The only difference is, you CH3 at the start of each row.

Hope this helps.
Have fun.

SusanB's Easy Ripple Pattern is my favorite. It is really easy to follow and a lot of fun. The pattern can be found HERE. (http://home.att.net/%7EsusanBinKC/patterns/ripple.html)

Good luck!

Yes, I've seen Susan B's pattern, but it has the dcincreases and decreases in it which I don't like. But thanks so very much for answering.
