It's called Ribbon Diaper Shirt (http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m67/Selune13/Crafts/Misc%20Outside%20Images/ribbondiapershirt.jpg) by Diane Patton. The only difference is a slight V neck. I've seen 1 in the Crocheting For Baby w/Lion booklet - the 1 on Ebay that you want to duplicate is similiar, except that I don't see that it ties?? And how does it stay closed at the neck & side?? There are 2 buttons at the bottom but that won't help w/the neck & side openings or doesn't it have openings there??
